Psalm 29:11

The LORD will give strength unto His people; the LORD will bless His people with Peace."

A word from Elizabeth:

Most christian music flows in the direction of "the people toward God", yet this site's music flows from "God toward the people". God has "given me" spiritual songs to raise up obedient and committed disciples of Christ, and these instrumentals will bring you into the Lord's presence so Spirit-to-spirit communication takes place. This is my spiritual gift in operation for the edification of the Body of Christ.

(repeat first stanza)

It Is A Lie (John 8:43-46)

Let's "overcome" the God of the World... "He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies."  John 8:44b ....and serve the Lord Jesus Christ!

It is a lie...It is a lie...

It is a lie...

It is a lie from the enemy that creates unbelief in me and keeps me

from my destiny in Jesus Christ.

It is a lie...

It is a lie from the enemy

If it is to the contrary of the truth revealed to me

In God's Word.

It is a lie...

It is a lie from the enemy

If it is perceived to be

bigger and more powerful

than my God.

CHORUS

I'll walk in the truth...

then I'll Be Free.

It's the only remedy.

His Word exposes all the lies in me.

So I can Be Free.

It is a lie...

It is a lie from the enemy

If pretense and deception keep many cares and doubts and fears deep

Within.

It is a lie...

It is a lie from the enemy

If you believe it's liberty

to have your own way

instead of ... to obey.

It is a lie.

It is a lie from the enemy

To think I'm more righteous than, and more perfect than the person

next to me.

CHORUS

I'll walk in the truth...

then I'll Be Free.

It's the only remedy.

His Word exposes all the lies in me.

So I can Be Free.

It is a lie...

It is a lie from the enemy

When I think my love for God

Is greater and more genuine than

His love for me.

It is a lie..

It is a lie of the enemy

Believing God's unfair to me...

Trusting not his sovereignty

and that He's good.

REPEAT CHORUS

Ending:

I can be free

It is no lie

I can be free...

Saul or David

We can be like Saul,

or we can be like David,

We live as kings, unto ourselves, or unto the Lord.

God can use us before and after our falls,

If we live, not unto ourselves, but unto the Lord.

Saul was a man who was seen as grand

In the eyes of the natural man

David, on the other hand, was invisible to man,

But was seen in the eyes of a supernatural God.

Saul and David both started with the favor of God

He Himself declared that they were “kings”.

They would rule and reign, make decisions for men,

But who recognized and obeyed the authority over “him”?

Saul or David?

Will you wait upon the Lord?

Saul or David?

Will you submit to the Spirit?

Saul or David?

Will you do it God's Way or your own?

Saul or David?

Which is stronger?

Fear of God or Fear of Man?

Saul or David?

Is your heart longing for the praise of God?

Saul or David?

Or the praise of man?

Saul or David?

Is humility a desire over authority?

Saul or David?

A Repentant heart or a hardened heart?

Saul or David?

Both would reap what they had sown.

But David feared his God, he trusted in His words, He committed his future into God’s hands,

And his decisions were made for the praise of one... and the people didn't dictate his decisions.

Both kings fell at one time into sin and condemnation,

But how they handled it,  was what we must learn.

Stubborn denial or a hardened heart leads to loss of our favor,

Repentance means restoration and second chances.

Saul or David?

Who will you be like?

Saul or David?

Saul or David?

Will you recognize and obey the authority over you?

Capture Every Thought II ( II Cor 10:5 )

“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” II Corinthians 10:5

Capture Every Thought

to the obedience of Christ.[1]

Does the thought bring faith?[2]

Or does it bring you doubt or fear?[3]

Is it bringing grief or pain?

Tormenting your soul within?

Or does your thought lead you

into temptation?[4]

Capture Every Thought

that questions the goodness of God.[5]

Thoughts that doubt His love

or truthfulness of what He says,[6]

Does it line up with the Word?[7]

Is it bringing peace within?[8]

Is it giving you fresh truth

or revelation?[9]

Does the thought bring Christ's

Acceptance?

Or Bring His Rejection?

Listen to the still small voice...

The Spirit, within[10]

Does He bear a witness?

That the thought has come from Him?

Or does the Spirit grieve?[11]

Giving you “a check” within?

Capture every thought

that does NOT Witness to “conscience”. [12]

Does the thought bring

Christ’s Acceptance?

Or Bring His Rejection?

Past Passed Away II

...as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star (Christ) arise in your hearts: II Peter 1:19b

CHORUS:

Past

Passed Away

When Christ arose in my spirit

And now I've forgotten what WAS

And I cling to what IS.

(repeat)

What He tells me IS my hope

What He tells me IS my plan

What He tells me IS what faith

is leading me to.

For the past has passed away

And yes, all that was in it

Now the present and the future IS my life.

(repeat chorus)

Therefore now no condemnation

Christ put everything behind me

Every moment of each day is something new.

No more failures can control me,

No more pain and sorrow mold me,

Peace and righteousness and joy

Now IS my life.

(repeat chorus)

Today Is Here

When I was receiving this song from the Lord, He was impressing upon me the need and necessity for His People to live their lives in the “present”….not in the past….or so far out in the future that their today is not being considered. Many of us are not even aware that we do this.

Psalm 118:24

“TODAY is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it”

Yesterday has come and gone,

And tomorrow is not here,

Yesterday has come and gone,

And tomorrow is not here.

There is today then

To be liv in’

Who am I pleas in’

We can’t go back to the past

Nor can we predict the future,

So we look to our God

In the moment that we have today.

(Repeat from beginning)

Be alert -- today is here.

Be alert -- today is here.

And it does count

For each choice we make

Creates our future

Be alert — today is here.

Be alert — today is here.

And what we do do

And what we do think

Creates our future.

Imagine If You Will (Romans 5:8-11)

8But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

9Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! 10For if, when we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! 11Not only is this so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.    Romans 5:8-11 NIV

VERSE 1

Just imagine, if you will

You are on your death bed dying

And imagine, if you will

That a blood transfusion can save you

Do you think you would delay?

Do you think you’d say “maybe next time”...

Or do you think you would choose the blood that could

give you life?

CHORUS:

YET, Salvation is being offered to you who are

Barely hanging on...

And the blood of Jesus Christ can give you life...

It’s eternal life, or death...

To be raised up, or to plunge to your death,

Take the gift of Jesus Christ and be given LIFE!!

VERSE 2

Just imagine, if you will

At the edge of a cliff you’re hanging

And imagine, if you will

That below is a river of fire

Do you think that you’d desire

To have some one pull you upward?

Or do you think that you’d choose to let go, and to die??

(repeat chorus)

VERSE 3

Just imagine if you will,

Peace and joy that’s never ending,

And imagine if you will,

A love so strong it lifts you upward

He will always be your Guide,

He will give you his protection,

And He will never leave you...

For you? No, not once!

(REPEAT CHORUS)

Path of the Wicked (Proverbs 4)

This is wisdom from Proverbs 4 about avoiding the Path of the Wicked...

VERSE I

Do not set foot on the path of the wicked,

Or walk in the way of evil men,

Chorus (repeat with each verse)

Avoid it,

Do not travel on it,

Turn from it,

and go on your way...

VERSE 2

For the way of the wicked is like deep darkness,

They do not know what makes them stumble.

(chorus)

VERSE 3

Put away perversity from your mouth

Keep corrupt talk far from your lips

(chorus)

VERSE 4

Do not swerve to the right or to the left

Keep your foot from evil
